The Missing Link I 5.5" x 9"
The Missing Link is the best dual carb linkage on the market. It fits Weber IDF and Dellorto dual carbureted VW?sWe have integrated sealed ball bearings into our linkage by redesigning and CNC machining air cleaner base plates. We also through extensive testing chose 6061 aluminum as our material, all aluminum parts are extruded or CNC machined. This grade of aluminum is used primarily in aerospace for it?s rigidity and strength to weight characteristics as well as it?s high corrosion resistance. Obviously strength and weight are good characteristics but we particularly like this materials rigidity, it is especially important for the ½" hex bar to resist bending and twisting to maintain a perfect adjustment at your carburetors.

- All hardware grade 5 or stainless steel and will not rust or corrode
- Sealed ball bearing pivots never wear out and always operate smoothly
- Once adjusted it stays adjusted and in perfect "sync" for maximum performance
- Base plate and lids have CNC machined inner tapered rings and ridge for a sand/dirt tight air cleaner seal
- Base plate has a CNC machined groove around the entire perimeter to hold "Outerwear" prefilters tightly in place. (sand never touches your air filters)
- Hex bar is extruded T-6 hardened 6061 aluminum and is more rigid than all previous hex bar linkages, it does not twist under the spring load of the carbs
- The throttle arms and actuator arm are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, they are stronger and lighter than any available
- Each arm has a tolerance fit clamp secured by 2 stainless steel cap screws w/ lock washers, they do not come loose, pivot or slide on the hex bar.
